Starlink has arrived in the UK and is available in Gloucestershire, the Cotswolds and throughout the Westcountry, supplying rural broadband in hard to reach places.

High-speed internet access is now available in remote areas where no other connections are available.

Next generation satellite broadband that works with video-conferencing, WhatsApp, FaceTime and voice calling.

Low-latency high-performance broadband enables business to operate in remote locations.

We will install your Starlink satellite dish and get you online

Gloucestershire and the Cotswolds were some of the first places in the world to have access to the new Starlink broadband internet service. The service was then expanded to cover the whole of the Westcountry.

Starlink promises to transform the way rural areas connect to the internet with speeds of up to 350mbps download and 20mbps+ upload. Running a business from home or from any rural location will now be possible even in the most remote areas of The Cotswolds like, Gloucestershire, Cirencester, Stow-on-the-Wold, Morton-in-the-Marsh, Chipping Norton, Bourton-on-the-Water, Chipping Campten, Broadway, Castle Coombe, Bidbury, Burford, Tedbury, Winchcombe, Cheltenham and Stroud.

Due to the low-latency of a Starlink connection it is suitable for video calling systems like Zoom and FaceTime. It also works with WhatsApp, mobile WiFi calling and Digital Voice/VoIP providers. We have now installed over 350 Starlink systems and have had 100% positive customer satisfaction with the broadband connection.

How our service works:

1. Placing the order – To take advantage of the 2 month free subscription offer, please contact us to place your order – This offer is not available from Starlink directly.

2. Installing your hardware – Starlink requires a clear view of the Northern sky, but depending on the orientation and location of your property, we generally find that there is a suitable place to install the equipment. Our installation service invoices all the brackets, poles and other hardware you need.

The Starlink Version 2 ‘V2’ hardware does not have an ethernet port on the router and comes supplied with a WiFi only connection. You may require an ethernet port to connect your hardware to other networking equipment in your home or business. If this is the case, let us know and we able to supply this for you.

Depending on where your router is located, we may also need to help you install some additional networking equipment to get your internet connection to the right place.

The Starlink monthly service charge is £62.50+VAT (£75.00) and you are not tied into a long-term contract like many of the traditional telecoms providers. Once your new service is up and running you can cancel the broadband element of any existing fixed line services or the entire phone line rental agreement.

Depending on where the dish needs to be mounted a longer cable may be required – the standard cable is 50ft – upgraded 75ft, and 150ft cables are available. Subject to availability, we normally carry these on our vans and are chargeable upgrades.

If you need help with any part of your order, please do not hesitate to give us a call on 01803 501711 – we’ll be happy to talk you through the ordering process over the phone.

We also install 5G and 4G broadband. Visit for more details.

Starlink have now introduced a new package for small and medium sized companies who don’t require much priority data. Wireless Connections / WiFi

Starlink is so fast that the connection can be shared with multiple buildings or neighbours as long as you have a line-of-sight to the other location. This means that you can share the connection with other buildings at your location or share the initial Starlink hardware purchase and monthly charge with someone else.
Starlink delivers fantastic broadband speeds. However, as with all broadband connections, they tend to only include an entry level wireless access point with the included router. Ask us about our mesh wireless access points and UniFi network options if you want the very best WiFi connection available – you can also visit our website for more information –

Digital Voice (VoIP) Telephone

If you want to cut the cord completely and retain your landline number, we are able to offer you our Digital Voice (VoIP) service. This service includes unlimited calls to UK landline and mobile phones.
The Digital Voice service works with a free smartphone app which allows you to make and receive phone calls using a landline number from your mobile phone whenever it has an active internet connection (4G/5G or WiFi) or a from a physical corded or cordless phone system connected to your Starlink router (with ethernet adapter). A voicemail service can be configured to email messages from unanswered phone calls.

Starlink Service Plan

To keep your Starlink system running to the best of it’s ability we provide a yearly on-site service. To achieve maximum performance, your Starlink dish will need to be cleaned once a year to remove dirt and bird droppings. Our plan also includes first line telephone support and a 10% discount for on-site service calls and our other products and services – all for only £10.00+VAT (£12.00) per month.

Can I use Starlink for online gaming and video streaming?2023-11-06T11:45:29+00:00

Certainly! Numerous users have shared feedback indicating that Starlink is well-suited for online gaming and high-quality video streaming. Its low latency and relatively high speeds make it a suitable choice for real-time applications such as gaming and video conferencing.

How does Starlink achieve high speeds?2023-10-20T10:11:55+00:00

Starlink’s high speeds are attributed to several factors:

  • Low Earth Orbit (LEO): Starlink satellites operate in low Earth orbit, reducing the distance that data signals need to travel, which leads to lower latency and faster speeds.
  • Frequent Satellite Passes: With many satellites in the constellation, there’s a higher chance of a satellite being in range at any given time, resulting in more consistent and reliable speeds.
  • Advanced Technology: Starlink satellites use advanced phased-array antennas and laser communication to optimize data transmission, enabling faster and more efficient communication.
Is Starlink faster than traditional satellite internet?2023-11-06T11:43:54+00:00

It has!  Starlink outpaces conventional satellite internet in terms of speed. Traditional satellite internet is notorious for its high latency and relatively sluggish data rates, largely attributed to the extended signal travel distance between the Earth and geostationary satellites. In contrast, Starlink’s low Earth orbit satellites substantially diminish this latency and deliver enhanced speeds.

How fast is Starlink?2023-10-20T10:12:11+00:00

Starlink promises internet speeds that can range from 75 Mbps to 350 Mbps or more. Starlink aims to continually improve and upgrade its system to enhance the speed and overall performance.

What is Starlink?2023-10-20T10:12:18+00:00

Starlink is a satellite internet constellation being developed by SpaceX to provide high-speed, low-latency internet access to underserved and remote areas around the world. It consists of a network of thousands of small satellites orbiting the Earth.
